At this meeting, we're welcoming Early Years practitioners to come together with other leaders of practice to discuss how to support staff wellbeing, improve recruitment, and increase staff retention.

This will be a discussion forum where we will share ideas, areas of interest, and challenges. Please come along with some examples of ideas you've tried, whether they've been successful or not, and resources you have found useful.
