About these Roles

Every child deserves the best start in life. The earliest years are critical in shaping future learning, wellbeing, and success. Through the Department for Education’s Best Start in Life Strategy, there is a strong national focus on raising standards and quality in early education so that every child can thrive.

We are now recruiting for the Early Years Stronger Practice Advisor (EYSPA) role - a fantastic opportunity to extend your impact beyond your own setting and support others to improve outcomes for children.

We are specifically looking to recruit:

  • Strong evidence of improved confidence in supporting children’s communication and language development

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide targeted, one-to-one coaching and guidance to settings identified as needing improvement

  • Have at least three years’ experience and be currently working in an early years setting working with children aged 0-4

  • Experience of providing external support beyond their home early years setting

  • Experience in mentoring or coaching others

  • A thorough and up-to-date understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and child development
