Head of Initial Teacher Training, Bradford Birth to 19 SCITT
About Ben McGregor
Having successfully taught at Bingley Grammar School for 19 years, working across a variety of curriculum and pastoral based roles whilst leading the ITT provision. Ben was successfully appointed as Head of Initial Teacher Training at Bradford Birth to 19 SCITT in February 2020. Ben says, "Working in ITT is incredibly rewarding, not only watching the trainees grow into fantastic teachers but seeing the impact the trainees have on the young people of Bradford is amazing". He strongly believes that education plays a vital role in young people's life chances, training great teachers is key to the success of young people in Bradford.
