About the role

As an Apprentice Teaching Assistant you'll provide learning and wellbeing support for pupils, recognising and responding to individual needs and helping every child to achieve. You'll build positive relationships with pupils, support access to learning and activities, and help create a purposeful, orderly and supportive environment - all while training towards a recognised teaching assistant qualification.

This is a hands-on role working closely with experienced staff. It involves engaging with pupils in regulated activity relevant to children.

  • High commitment to safeguarding and to inclusion, diversity and equality.
  • Resilient, flexible, hardworking and driven by values.
