Specialist Learning Network

SCHOOL BASED NURSERIES

THE SCHOOL BASED NURSERIES NETWORK IS A DEDICATED SPACE FOR SCHOOL-BASED NURSERY SETTINGS TO CONNECT, COLLABORATE, AND SUPPORT ONE ANOTHER.

This network offers a valuable forum to share challenges, exchange practical advice, and explore solutions tailored to the unique context of school-led early years provision. Led by Sian Hudson, Executive Headteacher at St Edmund’s Nursery School and Lilycroft Nursery School, the network fosters open dialogue and peer learning, strengthening practice and outcomes across our nurseries.

Think of it as a go-to place for:

  • Practical tips on the new funded hours.
  • Creating amazing spaces for babies and toddlers.
  • Quality learning & play strategies.
  • Inclusive SEND support
  • Boosting parent partnerships & staff well-being.
  • And whatever else YOU need!

Join us to meet other professionals navigating this exciting journey. It's a chance to share your ideas, inspirations, worries, and challenges in a supportive environment. We'll also start shaping future sessions based on what matters most to you.
